Professor Goncalves maintains a demanding schedule between his lectures and his role as Chair of the International Business program at Nichols College. He travels around the globe as a management and organizational development consultant, keynote speaker and lecturer to small and large companies and audiences. As a tri-lingual professional and speaker, often, he is invited to speak in areas of his expertise, including but not limited to, emerging markets, organizational development, team building, conflict resolution management, project management, leadership, change management strategies, international business ethics, and the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA). Professor Goncalves has been working with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for more than a decade teaching a wide range of management skills for engineers such as root cause analysis, risk and reliability engineering, and project management.
